Last Monday China Techfaith Wireless Communication Technology Limited, announced that its unaudited financial results for the second quarter of 2009 ended June 30, 2009. The company stock and cash as consideration, 100% of the Chinese branded mobile phone company QiGi, which is to be valued at US$12.5 million.
