It seems as though Brett Favre can’t get comfortable with the word retirement. For the second time in his career he has turned away from retiring. Favre is recognized in the industry by many as a key player. It was no surprise when the Minnesota Vikings signed him today.
Favre and the Vikings have agreed to $12 million this year and $13 million the following season. Unfortunately the contract does not include performance bonuses.
Favre is now 39 years old and still giving the game that changed his life, his all. “I felt I did everything I possibly could do to get where I need to be,” says Favre.
