The super fan twins apparently can’t take the pressure of Bachelor Pad, because soon after the first rose ceremony they start bickering about one calling the other a slut. Rachel’s attempt to calm the girls down is unsuccessful so everyone gives up on stopping the fight and decides to enjoy the show.
The next morning, the bachelors and bachelorettes head outside to get started on their second competition. Chris Harrison informs them they will be performing a rhythmic gymnastics routine for a panel of judges – Ashley Hebert, JP Rosenbaum and Olympic gymnast Tasha Schwikert. The guy and the girl with the best performance win roses and dates while the guy and the girl with the worst performances automatically get one vote against them this week. The ladies group goes first. Blakeley wins the rose and Erica is voted the worst performance. Michael wins for the guys and Ed is voted worst performance.
Michael picks Rachel, Lindzi and Donna for his live concert date. He gives the date rose to Rachel. For her soapbox derby date, Blakeley chooses Ed, Chris and Dave. Dave does his best to convince Blakeley to give him the rose, but she ends up remaining loyal to Chris.
Meanwhile, the twins continue their constant bickering. Everyone is relieved when they decide to leave the game. Their departure is good for the girls because Chris Harrison announces there will be no elimination for them. The girls must still send a guy packing. The original target was Dave, but Kalon convinces Lindzi to gather votes for Ryan, and Reid gets some of the girls to vote for Ed. Ryan is eliminated.
