Nicole Richie Joins Paris Hilton and Mel Gibson in Hollywood DUI Club
The rail thin Nicole Richie was arrested Monday morning for driving under the influence of alcohol.
Nicole Richie failed a field sobriety test administered by a California Highway Patrolman and was taken into custody without incident.
The 25-year-old star of “The Simple Life” was tested for drugs and released late Monday morning.
Apparently police had received several calls about a black SUV heading in the wrong direction on the freeway. Ritchie owns a black Mercedes SUV.
