After much speculation on whether the promotional tour for Twilight: Breaking Dawn 2 will be affected by the breakup of stars Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson, Summit Entertainment says they are “moving full steam ahead” with promotional plans.
"While it is studio policy not to comment on the personal lives of actors, Summit is moving full steam ahead and looking forward to this November's opening of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn -- Part 2. We are confident that the film delivers amazing entertainment for our passionate fans and general audiences alike,” Summit marketing president Nancy Kirkpatrick said in a statement Wednesday.
Neither Pattinson, 26, nor Stewart, 22, has commented. The pair split last week after Stewart confessed to having a brief fling with her married Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders. She issued a statement saying her “momentary indiscretion has jeopardized the most important thing in my life, the person I love and respect the most, Rob.”
Pattinson is currently hiding out at the Ojai, California vacation home of his Water for Elephants costar Reese Witherpoon, according to People magazine. Stewart moved out of the Los Angeles home they shared over the weekend.
