AsiaInfo Holdings, Inc. ASIA rose 13.79% to $18.15. Goldman Sachs upgraded ASIA from Neutral to Buy, and raised price target from $19 to $23. Susquehanna Financial Group reiterated Positive rating on ASIA, and maintained $20 price target.

Asiainfo Holdings, Inc.-provides telecommunications software solutions and information technology security products and services in China. The Company's operations are organized into two divisions: AsiaInfo Technologies China Inc. AsiaInfo Technologies and Lenovo-AsiaInfo Technologies, Inc. Lenovo-AsiaInfo.

AsiaInfo Technologies encompasses the Company's traditional telecommunications business and provides software and solutions to China's telecommunications carriers. Lenovo-AsiaInfo provides IT security products and services. During the year ended December 31, 2008, approximately 83.7% of the Company’s total revenue was contributed by AsiaInfo Technologies, while the remaining revenue was contributed by Lenovo-AsiaInfo.
