When Thursday’s live episode ended the coaches had entered the game as players and were competing against the other houseguests, including outgoing HOH Shane, in an endurance HOH competition. The houseguests had to stand on small planks sticking out of the side of a pirate ship while holding on to a bar behind them. The ship tilted forward and cold water sprayed on the players.
All of the houseguests were still holding on when the live feeds turned on shortly after 7 p.m. Boogie and Jenn drop within seconds of each other at 8:02. Joe follows two minutes later. Ashley drops at 8:42 and Dan jumps down at 8:44. Frank lasts until 9:07. Thirty minutes later, Wil and Shane are out. Janelle follows at 9:40, leaving Ian, Britney and Danielle fighting for HOH. Ian drops at 10:08 after making a deal for his safety with Britney and Danielle. Britney drops a minute later and Danielle becomes the new Head of Household.
