After two years together, Natalie Portman and Benjamin Millepied have tied the knot. People magazine reports the couple exchanged vows Saturday night in a Jewish ceremony at a private home in Big Sur, California. Celebrity guests reportedly included Ivanka Trump and Macaulay Culkin. No other details were immediately available.
Portman, 31, met Millepied, 35, in 2009 while he worked on ‘Black Swan’ as a choreographer. In December 2011, a rep for Portman announced the actress was engaged to Millepied and pregnant with their first child. Portman gave birth to son Aleph in June 2011.
Speaking to to France's Madame Figaro magazine recently, Portman said her family is the most important thing in her life. "It's something which comes first, always makes sense, and compared to the happiness of a successful family life, everything else is practically superficial,” she said.
