But, Nokia did not settle with IDCC, and last Friday the administrative law judge ALJ overseeing IDCC’s International Trade Commission ITC case seeking an importation ban on Nokia cell phones rendered an initial determination that while IDCC’s patents are valid and enforceable, Nokia’s cell phones were not infringing on those patents.
