Williams College Tops Liberal Arts Colleges in 2010 US News College Rankings

Williams College is ranked the nation’s top liberal arts college in the 2010 U.S. News and World Report College Rankings on Thursday

Williams beat out rivals Amherst College and Swarthmore College to earn the top spot.

Middlebury College and Wellesley College were tied at fourth to round out the top five. Bowdoin College, Pomona College, Carleton College, Davidson College and Haverford College complete the top ten.

The United States Military Academy and the U.S. Naval Academy were both ranked in the top 20.
