JPMorgan Chase & Co. JPM keeps accumulating Huaneng Power

JPMorgan Chase & Co.

U.S.-based financial holding company JPMorgan Chase & Co has raised its shareholding in Huaneng Power International to 11.06% from 10.76% on August 17 according to the bourse operator Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing.

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing said in a statement that JPMorgan Chase has acquired 9.17 million H-shares in Huaneng Power for HK$52.36 million ($6.75 million). The average price of the share transaction was HK$5.71 apiece.
