Robert Woods, the five-star high school football prospect, committed to the USC Trojans on Wednesday.
Woods, a 6-foot-1, 185-pound wide receiver, let his commitment slip on Wednesday after originally planning to way until a bye week in his high school season to announce his decision.
Woods attended USC’s scrimmage on Monday, where he first told USC that he wanted to commit. "I talked with Coach [Pete] Carroll after the scrimmage and told him I wanted to be a Trojan," Woods said to Rivals.com. "I just told him that I thought the team did a good job, and that I could see myself playing at USC.
Woods caught 81 passes for 1,378 yards and 19 touchdowns
last season at Junipero Serra H.S. in
