Usain Bolt set
another world record as he won the 200 meters at the 2009 World Track and Field
Championships in 19.19 seconds on Thursday.
Bolt, the Jamaican
track star, trimmed .11 seconds off of his previous 200m world record, which he
set in the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
Earlier in the competition, Bolt lowered his own world
record in the 100-meter dash to 9.58 seconds, also by .11 seconds.
With these two records, Bolt maintains the title as the "World's Fastest Man".

Defending champion Tyson Gay was out with an injury.
