Educational resources and services provider China Education Alliance announced the appointment of Zibing "Zack" Pan as the company's chief financial officer, effective August 20, 2009. Pan replaces Susan Liu, who is leaving to pursue other business interests, according to the report. Liu had held the CFO position since June 2008.
China Education Alliance, Inc. is an education service company that provides online education and onsite training in China. The Company's principal business is the distribution of educational resources through the Internet. Its Website, www.edu-chn.com, is an education network platform which is based on network video technology and large data sources of elementary education resources.
