Former Formula One driver Clay Regazzoni was killed earlier today when the car he was driving collided with a truck near Parma, Italy.
Regazzoni collected five race wins in his 11-year career as a Formula One driver. He was forced out of the sport after he slammed his car into a concrete wall at the West Grand Prix in Long Beach, California. The 1980 accident left him paralyzed.
The Swiss-born driver collected four Grand Prix victories for Ferrari. He was 67.
