The Awakening, starring Rebecca Hall, Dominic West, Imelda Staunton, Staunton Isaac, Hempstead Wright, opens in theaters Friday, August 17. The horror film, set in 1921 England, follows ghost hunter Florence Cathcart as she investigates sightings of a child ghost at a boarding school.
The film has a runtime of 1 hour 47 minutes and is rated R for some violence, sexuality and nudity.
