Forensic Evidence Creates New Insight into Custer’s Last Stand

Punctures Myth of Everyman Killed

History Publishing company has set January 2, 2010 as the publishing date for Custer Survivor which will bring to the reader, new insight into the battle at the Little Big Horn.

It is recorded in official government records that all members of the five companies accompanying Lt. Col. Custer in the attack on the Sioux and Cheyenne village were killed.

Forensic evidence reveals that one trooper, a sergeant in "C" Company of the 7th Cavalry, actually escaped the onslaught of Sioux and Cheyenne Indians at the great battle. John Koster, known for his strict adherence to detail, has tracked the man, his activity during the battle, his painful aftermath and the adventurous and prosperous life he subsequently led.

Koster has brought it all together in Custer Survivor. Forensic evidence establishes the reality.

It has been indicated by The Library of Congress that more books have been published about the battle at the Little Big Horn than any other battle involving American combatants. It is readily acknowledged that the action with the 7th Cavalry and the Sioux and Cheyenne has captured the American interest more than any other engagement in American history. John Koster in Custer Survivor, has important new data for the Custer reader and the historian.
