Datamatics Management Services, Inc. ON August 24, 2009 has integrated Verizon® Field Force Manager, a cell phones app, with TC-1, their premier labor management system. Employees use the cell phone app to enter their timecard information when in the field. FFM allows small and large business to manage employees that are away from the office.
C-1 is a workforce management software solution, allowing businesses to capture time and attendance, apply complex work and benefit rules, allocate job costs and create robust reports.This process has immediately increased big time client workers and management efficiency, as well as eliminated paper waste. Prior to integrating TC-1 and Field Force Manager, Client workers submitted paper timesheets for mobile hours which were manually processed into their TC-1 system. Today, due to Datamatics’ software development, workers are not required to manually fill-out and hand-in timesheets, and supervisors no longer must enter hours into the system.
