NBA Scores from Dec. 19; Luol Deng, Ben Gordon, and Amare Stoudemire lead their teams to wins.
Luol Deng had a double-double scoring 23 points and 12 rebounds and Ben Gordon added 22 points as the Chicago Bulls (15-10) beat the Los Angeles Lakers (16-9) 94-89. The win was the Bulls fifth straight. Ben Wallace finished with 9 rebounds and 7 assists for Chicago. Kobe Bryant had a rough night shooting going 6-19 and 0-5 from beyond the arch to finish with 19 points. Kwame Brown scored 18 points and grabbed 12 rebounds in the loss.
The Phoenix Suns (18-6) continued to roll as the pounded the Toronto Raptors (10-15) 115-98. The Suns set a franchise record with their 15th straight win. Amare Stoudemire scored 28 points and pulled down 10 rebounds while Shawn Marion finished with 17 points. Steve Nah dished out 15 assists. T.J. Ford scored 19 points and had 9 assists in the Raptors loss.
