Washington, D.C. - Close to 3.3 million people will take to the road this weekend to celebrate Labor Day, the American holiday which marks the end of summer. According to the National Highway Traffic and Safety Administration, 10,000 people were killed by drunken drivers last year, accounting for one fatality every 51 minutes.
