The Financial Statements for the nine month period ending February 28, 2009, included in this Form 10-Q are unedited; but, this information reflects all adjustments (consisting solely of normal recurring adjustments), which are, in the opinion of management, necessary to present a fair statement of the results for the temporary period.

In the nine month period ended February 28, 2009, the Company had sales of $4,640,047 versus $3,767,456 in the corresponding nine month period in 2008. Cost of goods sold in this period was $3,240,096 which was 70% -- the same as in 2008 for the same period. In this nine month period, the Company recorded a net loss from continuing operations before interest of $888,328 versus a net loss from operations before interest of $423,903 for the same period in 2008. The net loss to common shareholders during this period 2009 was $1,394,056.
