Aug. 18, SouthernLINC Wireless, a Southern Company, recently declared that less than two weeks remain to nominate a small business, business professional or work team from Alabama, Florida, Georgia or Mississippi for a chance to be honored as one of three Southern Heroes.
Through Aug. 31, 2009, visit www.southernheroes.com, click on "submit a nomination" and complete the online entry form. Eligible businesses that best exemplify the Southern Heroes spirit through empowering their local communities, developing the quality of life of their Southeastern neighbors through local, community service, and giving back to those in need will be selected as winners.
