HickoryTech Corporation completed its acquisition of CP Telecom, which was a privately held telecom provider, which serves Minneapolis, St. Paul and northern Minnesota.
It has been purchased for the price of $7 million, and routine capital working adjustments, This acquisition has been funded with full on hand cash and no other additional debt.
President and Chief executive officer of HickoryTech said."High quality services and support will be ensured continued to the CP Telecom customers. The integration of the experienced CP Telecom team into us as we continue to expand our focus."
