Nevada District announced a judgment in favor of SulphCo, Inc and dismissed all of the demands with prejudice. By the plaintiff, the judgment still remains the subject to approach. SulphCo's Chief Executive Officer,Dr. Larry D. Ryan, said that they are extremely happy that the Talisman Litigation has been resolved in favor of SulphCo's.
