Wells Fargo Stage Trust's Fitch Ratings applies a rate of 'AA-/F1+' certificates of the floater and rate of 'AA-' to the certificates of residual.
The lengthy-term 'AA-' rate basis is on the rate which Fitch has assigned to the standard range credit enhancement given by Wells Fargo & Company which secures the custodial reports deposited into the Trust. The Tiny-term 'F1+' rate basis is on the liquidity facility given by Wells Fargo & Company. The 'F1+' rating will expire on Aug.2010.
