Dredd, starring Karl Urban, Olivia Thirlby, Lena Headey, Wood Harris and Langley Kirkwood, opens in theaters Friday, September 21. The sci-fi film is set in a futuristic world were cops have the power to act as judge, jury and executioner. It follows a veteran cop and a cop trainee as they fight to eliminate a gang that deals SLO-MO, a drug that causes users to experience events at a very slow speed.
The film has a runtime of 1 hour 36 minutes and is rated R for strong bloody violence, language, drug use and some sexual content.
