Tori Spelling is recovering in a Los Angeles hospital following emergency surgery related to the c-section birth of her son Finn on August 30. A rep for the actress and reality star tells People magazine Spelling, 39, is “resting comfortably.”
"Tori underwent emergency surgery over the weekend due to complications from her c-section," the rep says. "She remains in the hospital and is resting comfortably."
No other details on Spelling’s condition were released. Spelling and husband Dean McDermott welcomed Finn just 10 months after the arrival of their daughter Hattie. The couple’s older two children, 5-year-old Liam and 4-year-old Stella, were also born via c-section.
