The readers can fill in a form online, from their mobile device, or text their choice. Up to 10 finalists per category are then presented for the final vote. The results were announced at the beginning of September.

The choice for this best of poll is based on many criteria, including products, customer service, value, quality, selection and overall experience with the business.
