Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson are reportedly well on their way to rekindling their romance. People magazine reports the pair, who split in July after Stewart admitted to a brief fling with her Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders, reunited in Los Angeles this past weekend. Friends of Stewart and Pattinson “think they’ll be a couple again,” according to an insider.
Sources also tell Us Weekly magazine the pair had a “dramatic makeup.” "They're working it out," a source adds.
Neither Pattinson, 26, nor Stewart, 22, have commented.
Shortly after news broke of her affair with Sanders, Stewart issued a public apology to Pattinson. "I'm deeply sorry for the hurt and embarrassment I've caused to those close to me and everyone this has affected. This momentary indiscretion has jeopardized the most important thing in my life, the person I love and respect the most, Rob. I love him, I love him, I'm so sorry," she said.
Stewart later moved out of Pattinson’s Los Angeles home.
Pattinson and Stewart can be seen next in the final Twilight film, Breaking Dawn Part 2. Summit Entertainment previously said the pair’s split would not affect the promotional tour for the film. "While it is studio policy not to comment on the personal lives of actors, Summit is moving full steam ahead and looking forward to this November's opening of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn -- Part 2. We are confident that the film delivers amazing entertainment for our passionate fans and general audiences alike,” Summit marketing president Nancy Kirkpatrick said.
