Porsche Design Towers: 57 Floors of Luxury and Technology
The new Porsche Design building in Sunny Isles Beach is expected to be quite amazing. A residential tower that takes your car to your floor along with you, then parks it for you. The tower is going to be extremely advanced for it’s time and you can expect to see a great many luxurious futuristic things inside it.
One of the features the new Porsche Design Tower will have is a glass elevator that will take your car, with you, up to your floor. The glass is a nice touch because it allows you to see the view while you ride up at high speeds. To get to the 57th floor should take about 90 seconds.
132 units are expected to be in this new Miami area residential tower and each one is suppose to go for $9 million. For a 3,800 up to 9,500 square foot condo in Miami that gives your car a ride in the elevator and parks it for you, that does not seem unreasonable.
The CEO of Porsche Design Group, Juergen Gessler said, “You don’t have to leave your car until you’re in front of your apartment.” That incredible statement about a 57 floor tower is why it is easy to understand the number of buyers that have already shown interest even though the Porsche Design Tower will not be ready for a few years. Do not be left behind.
