Porsche Design Group adding Sky Garages to Sunny Isles Beach

Sunny Isles Beach with be the new home of an ultra-exclusive Jetson-esque condo tower. This tower is the product of the Porsche Design Group and a trusted Miami developer. This building will be erected on 2.2 acres of land and contain only 132 units. Each unit will have its own parking pad with small units having two and the bigger ones containing four. These parking pads will be accessible by one of three elevators.

Here is how those elevators will work. You, the resident, will pull over and switch off the engine. A robotic arm, like an automatic plank, will scoop up your car and slide it into the elevator. That same robotic arm will park your car in one of your pads in the Sky Garage, once you have reached your desired floor.

“You don’t have to leave your car until you are in front of your apartment.” -- Juergen Gessler, CEO of Porsche Design Group.

The condominiums themselves will be very spacious indeed. The smallest one will be 3,800 square feet and the largest one will be up to 9,500 square feet. These will cost up to $9 million and already have a number of people interested. Do not wait too long, the Porsche Design Tower is expecting to sell out quickly, despite its high price, due to its incredible features and convenience.

This will also be the first and last Porsche Design Tower in Southeast Florida, so be quick.
