Porsche Design Group is ready to start on their groundbreaking new Residential Tower.
This new tower in Sunny Isles Beach is causing a lot of excitement. It will be the first and last in the area and is going to be very exclusive.
The Porsche Design Tower, designed by the Porsche Design Group and a reputable Miami developer, will contain only 132 units and will be 57 stories tall on 2.2 acres of land. Individual units will range from 3,800 square feet to 9,500 square feet. The most amazing thing about these luxurious Miami area condominiums is the garages.
The garages are especially unique because even at the top floor you will be right next to your beautiful Porsche. They are sky garages, very hi-tech and convenient. The resident simply pulls up and shuts the car off then a robotic arm scoops up the car and places it in the elevator. The elevator is made completely from glass and offers you a very scenic view of the city or ocean.
The elevator ride lasts only a few seconds no matter what floor you live on and then you are dropped off at your door as your car is parked for you.
“You don’t have to leave your car until you are in front of your apartment.” -- Juergen Gessler, CEO of Porsche Design Group.
The number of spots you are designated is determined by your condo’s size. Small condos have fewer pads, while larger condos can have as many as four.
This will be the last Porsche Design Tower in Southeast Florida, and spots are filling up with interested buyers.
