1) Water – Drinking about 12-15 glasses of water a day is one of the most components of any healthy weight loss diet. Water, though not a food is an extremely important component of our diet since our body is composed of approx 70% water. It also helps in controlling your appetite and preventing your body from giving false hunger signals.
2) Healthy Breakfast – Your breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Your healthy weight loss diet should include a breakfast which is high in proteins and nutrients. This will give you an early boost and helps you burn calories throughout the day. A good protein filled breakfast also keeps you fuller throughout the day which research shows less overall calories consumed during the day.
3) Eat small, eat often: Eat small meals but eat them more frequently. This will ensure that your body does not store the food you eat for large intervals since it is provided with the required nutrients on a regular basis through small but frequent meals.
