Anna Nicole Smith Paternity Test Ordered by Judge
Anna Nicole Smith was ordered by a judge to have her new born daughter undergo a paternity test by January 23, 2007. The ruling was in favor of Smith’s former boyfriend Larry Birkhead who has claimed that he is the father of the baby born on September 7, 2006.
The dispute began when Anna Nicole Smith’s current boyfriend, Howard K. Stern, proclaimed that he was the father of Dannielynn Hope Marshal Stern. Birkhead was adamant that the baby girl was his and sued Smith in October to have a paternity test administered.
The judge in the case, Superior Court Judge Robert Schnider, ruled in Birkhead’s favor.
