American Bio Medica last week of the plans to drop the listing. The company said it has had discussions with several market makers, dealers who maintain firm bid and offer prices in a company’s shares, and it expects one of them will apply to the OTC Bulletin Board to have the common stock listed there. Trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market will be suspended at the opening of business on Thursday.
