Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth are the proud parents of a baby boy! Witherspoon delivered son Tennessee James on Thursday, her rep confirms to People magazine.
“Reese Witherspoon and husband Jim Toth welcomed Tennessee James into their family today. Both mom and baby are healthy and the entire family is thrilled,” the rep says.
Tennessee is the first child for Toth and the third for Witherspoon, 36. The actress is mom to daughter Ava, 13, and son Deacon, 8, from her previous marriage to Ryan Phillippe.
Witherspoon and Toth wed in March 2011 after a brief engagement. Witherspoon can be seen next in "Mud" and "Devil’s Knot."
In other celebrity baby news, Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr. announced the birth of their second child earlier this week. A rep for the couple said Gellar gave birth to a healthy baby boy last week in Los Angeles. The baby joins older sister Charlotte, 3.
"Mother and baby are doing great. And Charlotte is VERY excited to be a big sister,” the rep told Us Weekly magazine.
