Amanda Bynes will fight her two hit-and-run charges. In a hearing Thursday morning in Van Nuys, California, the troubled actress’s lawyer entered guilty pleas on her behalf. Judge Rebecca Omens ordered Bynes to appear at her next hearing on October 19.
Bynes is also facing a DUI charge and two counts of driving with a suspended license. Her next hearing for the DUI is set for October 29.
Bynes’s DUI arrest occurred on April 6 when she crashed into a police car in West Hollywood and refused a breathalyzer test. Four days later she allegedly fled the scene of an accident on an L.A. freeway. On August 4, Bynes reportedly rear-ended a car and left the scene. After her license was suspended earlier this month, the 26-year-old was caught driving in Burbank.
