C2legal, a full service electronic document litigation support company, today announced that the company has hired and brought on board David Speringo as the new Director of Electronic Data Discovery Services. Speringo will direct, develop, and expand on the current electronic data discovery services offered through several offices nationwide.
Prior to joining C2legal, Speringo has practiced law in Rhode Island and holds a bar passage in Connecticut as well. He has previously served as the Director of Litigation Support for the law firm of Garcia and Milas, in New Haven Connecticut tackling such ediscovery issues like computer forensics, online document repositories and attorney ediscovery education focusing on protocols and methodologies in the acquisition and usage of electonic discovery materials. He has also held the postion of client development manager while working with Daticon, an electronic support vendor located in Connecticut. With the unique perspective of being a former Director of Litigation Support inside a law firm, as well as having real world electronic discovery forensic, project management and consultantion experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge C2legal, an electronic litigation support company that has already made its presence felt in the industry.

Speringo will expand the current ediscovery offerings of the electronic data discovery service, building on the company's strong personnel and technology base while taking into account the constant changes and needs of the litigation practice. He will develop the company's forensic and consultation services, extend its ediscovery processing capabilities, and oversee the development of all ediscovery brand offerings.

Speringo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from The University of Connecticut, as well as a Juris Doctorate from the Roger Williams School of Law located in Bristol, Rhode Island. He is also an admitted attorney in Rhode Island.
