eOn Communications Corporation has announced its appointment of its new Chief Executive Officer as James W. Hopper and Director. And the company's Chief Financial Officer as Lee M. Bowling. Previous Chief Executive Officer David S. Lee resigned from the position, which the position has been appointed with James W. Hopper.Stephen R. Bowling Chief Financial Officer leaves the Company where Lee M. Bowling replaces that position.
Stephen Bowling's unexpired term as Director of the Company will be filled up by James Hopper. Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company is David Lee will continue as it is.
