It looks like Chris Brown and Rihanna may be a couple again. Witnesses say the pair engaged in some serious PDA at NYC’s Griffin nightclub on Monday night. They were allegedly “hugging and kissing” on the dance floor and then spent nearly 20 minutes together in a bathroom. The following day Brown was reportedly spotted leaving the hotel where Rihanna is staying.
Neither Brown, 23, nor Rihanna, 24, has commented. Rihanna ended their 2 year relationship in 2009 after Brown was arrested for beating her during a heated argument. Brown pleaded guilty to felony assault and was sentenced to 5 years of probation, 6 months of community service and 1 year of domestic violence counseling. He is currently dating aspiring model Karrueche Tran.
Rihanna and Brown reunited earlier this year to release remixed singles featuring each other. In a recent interview with Oprah Winfrey, Rihanna admitted that she “still loves” Brown. “We're very, very close friends," she said. "We built a trust again and that's it. We love each other and we probably always will. And that's not anything that we're gonna try to change. It's not something you can shut off if you've ever been in love."
