Britney Spears Promises Come Back will be “Bigger and Better than Ever”
After seeing her reputation take a beating over the past several weeks Britney Spears appears determined to win back those fans who became disenchanted with the one time pop princess. Long nights out partying with Paris Hilton, revealing photographs plastered on the internet, and an upcoming divorce had many of those loyal fans abandon ship.
Britney has attempted a degree of damage control as of late. Hearing that one of the most visited fans sites dedicate to her was shutting down as a result of her antics Spears wrote “I noticed today that one of my biggest fan sites is shutting down soon and I want you all to know that I do understand all the reasons that went behind making that decision and I am sad to see it closing.”
Spears’ letter, posted on her Web site continued, “"I look forward to coming back this year bigger and better than ever and to reaching out to my fans on a more personal level.”
Admitting that she understood her fans discontent Spears seemed to suggest that she may just clean up her act “trust me, I get it. I know I've been far from perfect and the media has had a lot of fun exaggerating my every move.”
