Carly Smithson is officially a mom! The American Idol album delivered daughter Olivia Mabel on Monday night. Olivia is the first child for Smithson, 29, and her husband Todd. Smithson announced her daughter’s birth on Twitter.
“I’d like to introduce you all to my new baby Olivia Mabel Smithson. Born September 30th at 10.55 pm,” she Tweeted along with a picture of baby Olivia.
Smithson took sixth place on the seventh season of American Idol. She is now the lead singer of the gothic metal band We Are the Fallen. The band released their first album, Tear the World Down, in 2010.
