Jack Osbourne and his fiancé Lisa Stelly married over the weekend. A rep for Osbourne, the son of Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne, tells People magazine the couple exchanged vows in an intimate wedding ceremony on Sunday. The rep did not offer any more details, but insiders report the wedding was held in Hawaii. Forty-eight close friends and family members attended. Jack’s sister Kelly Osbourne was reportedly a bridesmaid.
Osbourne, 26, proposed to Stelly in September 2011. Nearly two weeks after their engagement, the couple announced Stelly was pregnant. The aspiring actress gave birth to daughter Pearl in April.
The wedding comes four month after Osbourne revealed he suffers from multiple sclerosis, an incurable autoimmune disease that affects the central nervous system. Symptoms like numbness and loss of muscle control can range from being mild to severely disabling.
"I was just angry and frustrated and kept thinking, 'Why now?' I've got a family and that's what's supposed to be the most important thing,” he told People.
In another interview with Hello! Magazine Osbourne said he decided to make peace with his diagnosis. "I realized: Being angry and upset is not going to do anything at this point, if anything it's only going to make it worse,” he said.
