NBA Scores from Jan. 7; Chris Bosh, Kevin Garnett, Grant Hill, and Dwyane Wade lead their teams to wins.

Chris Bosh scored 24 points and grabbed 15 rebounds and T.J. Ford added another 20 points as the Toronto Raptors (15-19) held off the Washington Wizards (19-14) 116-111. The Raptors got 16 points, 6 rebounds, 6 assists from Anthony Parker. The Wizrds were led by Gilbert Arenas who had 33 points and Antawn Jamison had 17 points and 14 rebounds.

Kevin Garnett had 26 points and 14 boards while Mark Blount scored 21 points and pulled down 10 rebounds lift the Minnesota Timberwolves (17-15) past the Houston Rockets (21-13) 103-99 in overtime. Tracy McGrady led the Rockets with 31 points and Dikembe Mutombo had 13 rebounds in the loss.

The San Antonio Spurs (24-11) built a 12 point lead by halftime and knocked the Memphis Grizzlies (8-27) off 110-96. Manu Ginobili scored 34 points and Tim Duncan added 10 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists in the Spurs victory. The win snapped a three game losing streak for San Antonio. Pau Gasol led the Grizzlies with 24 points.

The Orlando Magic (21-14) won their fourth straight after beating the Boston Celtics (12-21) 87-79. Grant Hill had 21 points and 8 rebounds while Dwight Howard added 18 points and finished with 12 rebounds in the Magic win. Tony Allen led the Celtics with 21 points and 9 rebounds. Both teams shot poorly from the field with the Magic at 37 percent and Boston at 31 percent.

Shawn Marion scored 24 points and had 17 rebounds and Amare Stoudemire finished with 10 points and 11 rebounds as the Phoenix Suns (25-8) crushed the Golden State Warriors (18-18) 128-105. Steve Nash added 14 points and 10 assists while Leandro Barbosa finished with 26 points and James Jones added 25. Andris Biedrins had 17 rebounds for the Warriors but Golden State turned the ball over 25 times in the loss.

Dwyane Wade led the Miami Heat (14-19) past the Portland Trail Blazers (14-21) 93-90 to snap a five game losing streak. Wade finished with 33 points and the Heat got 12 points and 10 rebounds from Udonis Haslem in the narrow victory. Miami held Portland to just 13 points in the fourth quarter. Brandon Roy led the Trail Blazers with 18 points.

The Los Angeles Lakers (23-11) used a fourth quarter rally to snap the Dallas Mavericks (27-8) 13-game winning streak 101-98. Kobe Bryant finished with 26 points, 8 rebounds, and 6 assists and Luke Walton added 21 points to pace the Lakers. Dirk Nowitzki led the Mavericks with 29 points and 13 rebounds.
