EGI Entree Gold Inc. announces its Entree Gold settle agreement with Honey Badger Exploration Inc.

HoneyBadger Exploration Inc. previously announced on July 23, 2009 agreement has been finalizes with Entree Gold on Nevada Copper Property. Under the terms of the agreement, Entree may acquire up to an 80% interest in a portion of HoneyBadger's Yerington West Project, known as the Blackjack Property.
