Artfest International, Inc. is a development-stage company. The Company markets, sells and prints paintings and autographed limited-edition celebrity photographs, which are reproduced on canvas using the Giclee and lithograph processes. The Company has also commenced operating and managing a television network called the Art Channel Network, which broadcasts art and other creative-related programming and is syndicated to 20,000,000 viewers in 218 independent television markets nationwide. The Company operates and markets itself to its Associate Members through four sales channels associated with the brands, such as Artfest Auctions, Artfest NETWORKS, Artfest DIRECT and Artfest GALLERIES. In November 2008, Artfest International, Inc. completed the acquisition of Gryphon Distribution LLC, a media and entertainment distribution company. In July 2009, the Company completed the acquisition of Charity Sports Distribution, Inc.
