Blackstone Valley Regional Vocational Technical High School is proud to announce that Rachel Casey-Chase of Grafton was selected as a recipient of the 2012 Christina Toala Memorial Scholarship in the amount of $1,000. Ms. Casey-Chase graduated from the Business Technology program in May of 2012.
