The PRElection app is designed to take place of a national poll because it collects votes in a more efficient manner. The structure of most national polls is to randomly select U.S. households and collect their vote via phone or mail. The free PRElection App in iTunes, on the other hand, allows anyone with an iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad to vote for the presidential candidate of their choice.
Further, results from the PRElection app are constantly collected and reported in real time. They are publicly available to anyone with the PRElection app on their compatible Apple device, as well as on the PRElectionapp.com homepage. As of Friday, October 19th, the PRElections results showed Mitt Romney in the lead with 55.3% of votes. Current President Barack Obama trailed at 40.7 % of votes. Meanwhile 2.1% of votes were attributed to the Johnson/Gray Libertarian party and 0.6% of PRElection voters were undecided.
The PRElection app is free in iTunes and allows anyone to predict the election.
