Handheld CATV/QAM Analyzer Features Channel and Spectrum Scanning

GAO Comm has announced the release of its handheld CATV/QAM analyzer which is designed for both digital and analog TV signal analysis. It has digital signal analysis functions for channel power, MER, BER and constellation diagrams for 16/32/64/128/256QAM/QPSK modulation types.

This handheld CATV/QAM analyzer, model A0N00014, features easy operation and fast spectrum analysis. It offers analog channel analysis includes single-frequency level, carrier level of full channels spectrum, HUM, modulation depth, TILT and C/N. The compact analyzer runs under the Linux operating system, has a built-in Web browser and communicates with a computer via a USB port for simple data communications and storage.

This handheld CATV/QAM analyzer also offers multiple functions including spectrum analysis, CM statistic, Ping and bandwidth testing. It operates at a frequency range of 5 to 1000 MHz. Its cable modem testing mode is compatible with DOCSIS 1.X, 2.0 and 3.0. In addition, it is powered by a 4.8 V 2.1 Ah rechargeable battery providing more than 5 hours continuous operation.
