Object Research Systems, (ORS) Inc secures CE Mark Approval

Object Research Systems announced today that it has received the notification of compliance for the CE Mark of its 3D Medical Imaging software, ORS Visual.

ORS Visual is a fast and powerful advanced visualization/PACS viewer solution. It allows the review and analysis of 2D, 3D and 4D images of human anatomy generated with CT (computed tomography), MR (magnetic resonance), US (Ultrasound) and PET (Positron emission tomography) image data. With this productivity–enhancing tool, physicians can easily navigate within these images to better understand disease conditions.

ORS Visual addresses specialists’ needs through various modules for vascular, colon, vessel probe and other applications. In addition, ORS Diagnostics utilizes an intuitive clinical workflow and automatic settings to improve speed and simplicity over other visualization techniques. Other capabilities and integration with PACS (Picture Archiving and Communications Systems) solutions expand physicians’ access to ORS Visual software throughout an enterprise. ORS Visual is built on the same robust and powerful technology platform from ORS which has been used in critical QA environment in the aerospace industry for many years.
